I'm looking for someone with a flexible, open schedule to be able to help with various professional + personal projects M-F roughly 9-5. Must have own transportation and be able to figure things out on their own. Hours will vary weekly based on need, 10-30hours each week. Ideally you are located near Woodland Hills as you will come by 2x/week minimum. Job duties include: Picking up and returning packages Coordinating deliveries with volunteers and charities Manage calendars, household vendors and schedule appointments Assisting CEO of organizing/design firm Attention to detail is a must.
