Looking for a capable, steady person to help support our home and family life. This includes things like: Meal planning, shopping, lunch packing and prep (some cooking) Light housework (laundry, tidying, restocking) Errands and organizing Calendar management Drive kids to activities Project-based tasks (like helping train our dog on an electric fence, clothing shopping, car appointments, etc.) You'd be helping create more space so I can focus on my kids and the work I'm building. I'm hoping to ground our home in faith, and I'd love to find someone who shares a similar spiritual rhythm or respects that environment. The role will evolve, we'll figure it out together, but I do value follow-through, reliability, and good judgment. I'd like someone who notices what needs doing, steps in with a good attitude, and is kind, flexible, and fun.
