We are looking for someone who can be a flexible, helpful part to our family rhythm. I am a stay-at-home mom with two little ones (3 and 20 months), and our days can be full, and a little chaotic in the best way. I'm needing someone who can jump in wherever help is needed - sometimes that means playing with the kids, sometimes it means running to the store, sometimes helping make dinner or tidying up a space. I really would value someone who notices things, takes initiative, and doesn't mind switching up gears. Some days I need more help with the kids, other days more help around the house. We're looking for someone who doesn't just clock in and out but genuinely enjoys helping, being around little kids, and making life run more smoothly. If you're someone who likes variety this may be a perfect fit.
