We are a dual-executive family seeking a highly reliable, experienced Household Manager / Family Assistant to support the daily operations of our home. This role complements an established nanny who manages in-home childcare. You will oversee all out-of-home responsibilities, including school transportation, activity logistics, errands, household replenishment, and weekly meal planning for the children. We have three children in three different schools with staggered schedules, including one child with autism who requires consistent, structured transitions. An elderly parent also lives on the property and occasionally requires transportation to medical appointments. This is a logistics-heavy, high-responsibility role requiring excellent driving skills, organization, communication, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving house
