My wife and I live part time in a house off of Cuernavaca, we're here about 6 months a year. Usually spring and fall. We have various tasks that we need done when we are in town and when we are out of town. Task while in town would include, taking garbage cans in and out, getting mail, breaking down and throwing away boxes (Amazon), occassional errands, general home care that does not include 'house cleaning', we have cleaners for this, filling cars with gas, taking cars for oil changes, detailing. Task while out of town would inlcude, garbage cans, mail, general keeping an eye on the place, ensuring the yard guys is coming, starting cars to keep the battery charged, meeting a repair person if needed. We are very flexible with schedule, while we want consistent services, all of these tasks can be worked around your schedule.
