Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10A-4P, Fri - 10A-2P (28 hours/week) About the Role Most days involve independent household management while the kids are at school, followed by helping with transitions when they return home. Core Responsibilities A mix of childcare and household support: you'll cover the midday through after-school window, managing pickups and afternoon flow while keeping the home organized. Key Responsibilities School pickups, snacks. Home Organization & Upkeep Tidy and maintain kitchen, living areas, and kids' rooms laundry Keep household stocked and organized (snacks, supplies, pantry, groceries) Light Meal Prep Provide kind, steady backup care if children are home unexpectedly or after school.
