Household Assistant / Organizer - Flexible Schedule. 6-8 Hrs Weekly ($15/hr)

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented household assistant to help with organizing and weekly home upkeep. Pay is $15/hr. Phase 1: One longer weekly visit (6-8 hrs) to set up systems: organize closets/drawers, kids' clothes, pantry/kitchen zones, and create a consistent laundry/put-away flow. Phase 2: After systems are established, shift to two shorter visits per week (3-4 hrs each) for maintenance: light home pickup, folding/putting away laundry, opening/sorting packages, breaking down boxes, putting away Instacart groceries, keeping drawers/closets tidy, and restocking basic items. No heavy cleaning, no childcare, no cooking. Ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, works independently, and likes predictable weekly tasks. Daytime hours preferred.
