Role: Plan and cook family dinners and pack daily school lunches for a house with four people with Type 1 diabetes (some picky eaters). Design menus with carb counts and an eye to the impact of carbs/fat/fiber/protein on blood sugar. Label portions, keep the kitchen organized/clean, and run short errands. Kitchen is kosher--we can provide training. You will: Plan weekly menus with carb counts per serving; log in Skylight Cook dinners + pack 3 kids' lunches on school days (attention to picky eaters who need balance of carbs, protein, fiber and fat) Label packed lunches with carb counts/portions Coordinate grocery lists & pantry staples
