Home Manager/Personal Assistant

About the job

I need someone organized to run parts of my household and keep me on track. Activities include errands, shopping and shipping gifts, meal planning, shopping, and prep, create and manage a schedule of home services/maintenance, make calls for appointments, helping plan/prepare for special events, and occasional house sitting/pet sitting. You must 1) be fun, 2) be organized, 3) be punctual, 4) be dependable, 5) be budget savvy, 6) be creative, 7) be committed, 8) be a problem solver, 9) have a high degree of emotional intelligence. We are a family of 4 (husband, wife, adult child, high school child) and two Maltese Yorkies. I am looking for someone 3-5 days/week (15 hours per week) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
