Hello, I am seeking an after-school tutoring job. I am a full-time teacher at Sanders-Clyde Creative Arts Elementary School in the Charleston County School District. I teach Extended Arts - a new class and curriculum I created - that integrates various forms of art into core subject areas such as literacy and math. I have my Masters of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education, a widely-renowned graduate and school for children located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, NY. I graduated with honors from Temple University where I received my B. A in Art History. I am originally from Philadelphia but moved to Charleston with my fiancé who is attending graduate school at MUSC. I am skilled in teaching literacy, math, foreign language and art although can certainly adapt to whatever subject areas and needs your child or young adult presents. I have taught students at all grade levels (CD-12) although I specialize in elementary and middle school education.
