Proffesional Home Care Provider

(9)
I have 25 years experience in all aspects of senior care giving. I am very familiar with the aging population and offer many valuable services such as personal care, medication reminders, coordinating & maintaining schedules, wellness checks, keeping the line of communication for the family, meal prep, shopping, errands, in the home as well as Long Term Care Facility and Rehab Centers. I like to think I can be the eyes and ears for loved ones when some communication is lost due to aging. I am very comfortable in all settings. I have a good perceptive of almost any situation, so therefore I am aware of safety. I can provide current and past references both professional and private. I Love What Do. My biggest wish is to see seniors with happy faces. "I will perform all my care services and duties with honesty, integrity, confidence, compassion, cheerfulness and dedication. In all my service I will treat each client as if they are my family, with honor, respect and dignity."

Gaylen has cared for my mom the last 3 months. Mom has dementia and is very challenging. Gaylen has befriended mom, takes her to doctor appointments, helps ensure home communications all work properly, and oversees daily pills. She updates me every work as I live in California I find Gaylen to be very trustworthy and tremendously helpful caring for a challenging mom.

Extremely Caring, Dependable, Looking For Full Or Part-Time Caregiving Opportunity

(2)
My name is Becky. I live in The Villages, FL. I have over 25 plus years' experience working with the elderly population, both in a facility and one-on-one in a home care environment. I have discovered that I truly enjoy working directly with people vs. the management aspect of health care. I am a very caring, honest, reliable and hardworking individual. I have a degree from Seton Hall University along with a Medical degree from CCAC. I am a Certified Medical Assistant along with being a Paramedic. I have been doing private care-giving for the past 11 years and have experience in all types of physical diagnoses along with a strong background in working with people with dementia/Alzheimer's disease. I have also been trained in the dying process and am very comfortable with a patient in the end stages of life. You will find that I am extremely dependable, reliable and trustworthy. I have been told many times that I am very kind, caring and would do anything to ensure that the person that I am caring for feels that they are getting the care they deserve and that their ADLs (activities of daily living) are always complete. I just truly enjoy people. I have no issue with housekeeping, cooking and any other request; I'll do anything to help. I also have no issue with transfers and/or lifts. I am very passionate about working with the elderly because they deserve the respect and care they have earned through their years of life. I get extremely upset when the elderly are "lost" within a society that can forget how to care. Thank you.
