Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site. We also offer scuba diving on our trips. In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

The sites are chosen by the captain based on the day's sea conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific sites. IMPORTANT: You MUST be SCUBA certified with recent dive experience for this activity. If you have not been diving in more than one year, you may be required to hire a guide at an additional charge. If you have not been diving in over two years, you will be required to take a refresher course. Single divers may be required to hire a guide.

Before launching, our staff will provide a safety briefing, kayaking instructions, and a recommended route so you can confidently explore at your own pace. Paddle through the scenic mangrove forests, an important coastal ecosystem that provides habitat for fish, crabs, birds, and other marine life. Along the way, keep an eye out for herons, egrets, pelicans, ospreys, sea turtles, and other wildlife that call these peaceful waters home. This is a self-guided rental, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of the Florida Keys independently, with no guide accompanying you on the water.

Molasses Reef is one of the most famous and biodiverse reef structures in the Florida Keys, with more than 25 individual dive sites across its spur-and-groove coral system. Your captain picks two different sites each trip based on conditions, so every dive is a little different — that's what keeps locals coming back. Tanks and weights included with no hidden fees, and full gear rental is available. Great for all certification levels from newly certified to experienced divers. Divers must show proof of certification at check-in. Your last dive must have been within the past 2 years to participate.
