Science Lessons in Asheville, NC

Give yourself the gift of self-love through rituals backed by science and ancient wisdom. Whether you’d like to deepen your connection to yourself, a partner, or the world around you, this heart-opening ceremony will allow giving and receiving love to feel easier and sweeter. A few days before the ceremony, you will receive an intake form where you can share goals and any other important information. Before diving in, we will review your intentions and what the session will look like. Then add any items that were brought to your alter (they will be given back at the end). We will begin with some light breath work followed by a moderate yoga flow (no experience required!). After this, we will assist the rest of the mind and body with light sound healing. Your session will finish with a cacao ceremony that is designed to invoke feelings of love + connection and release blockages in the heart chakra.
