Performing Experience: There were many performances/competions during the school year both in and out of school that continued judging. I participated in the Veterans Day Parade at Downtown Dallas where I personally met the mayor.I played a solo forr the mayor during the judging. After watching the Jack Black film "School of Rock" he was instantly inspired. All he could think about, at such a young age, was being a rock star on the guitar. Ironically enough, one day Jordan was rummaging through some old toys and clothes in the basement when he came across an old electric guitar he didn't even knew existed. It was his father's who purchased it back in 80's in the navy. Instantly, he became obsessed with the instrument. He started to teach himself basic chords and notes, and then songs. Once his Dad noticed he had a knack for it, he enrolled Jordan in professional guitar lessons. He took them for about 9 years, right up until high school graduation. At that point, he started to play in numerous bands. Years later, he now resides in Austin, performing and recording for two bands. He's toured the country playing music and has written and recorded several songs. He wants to show people that music can be for everyone, they just have to find what they're looking for. It's not always easy at first, but he believes that with his guidance, he can help you get off onto the right foot with what you would like to achieve through the power of music. Formal Education: 10 years of guitar lessons from age 8-18.
