While making our way to our kayaking location, learn about life in Seward from your driver-guide, who will narrate as we make our way through town. As we leave the paved streets of Seward, we’ll travel along the shoreline of Resurrection Bay on the gravel surface of Lowell Road. We’ll view turquoise blue waters and beautiful mountain vistas while we travel comfortably by van to our beach. Participants must be 8 years old and a minimum of 50 lb to participate. Paddlers over 6'4" or 250 lb will not fit in our kayaks. Upon reaching our launch location, you’ll meet your kayaking guides for a quick briefing before heading out onto the water. It’s common to encounter sea otters, harbor seals, bald eagles and leaping salmon as we kayak. We may stop to take a short walk on the beach along Tonsina Creek to view a salmon spawning stream (active mid-July to early-September). This the perfect trip for those experiencing kayaking for the first time or for those short on time.

enjoy 10 hours on the water fishing for Halibut in the Gulf of Alaska. Anglers are allowed to keep 2 Halibut each, one of which has to be 27" or less. Its not uncommon to possibly catch other bottom fish on this trip like Pacific Cod (no bag limit) or Rockfish (up to 3). We have a crew to help anglers throughout the trip. We supple the fishing tackle, bait, and cleaning of the catch for you to take home The only things you will need to bring for the charter is lunch and beverages, rain gear (if you see rain in the forecast), and an Alaska Sportfishing License which can be purchased online on the Alaska Fish and Game website.
