Hammocks, zero-gravity chairs, and floor setups mean you find the position that works for you, not the one the room dictates. Our rotating roster of facilitators each brings their own instruments and approach, so no two sessions sound exactly alike. You might encounter crystal singing bowls, handpan, gongs, rain drums, or rattles, and the combination shifts depending on who is leading. If you've never experienced a sound bath, this is a welcoming place to start. If you have, you'll notice the difference a purpose-built space makes.
