You’ll learn about how various beans from different regions of the world help make these chocolates and experience how the process works. Perhaps the highlight will be forming your own chocolate bar into a mold that will be packaged to take home with you. Our Moonlight & Starlight Canoe Tour is often regarded by both our guides and our guests as one of our best tours! As the sun sets behind the mighty Cascade Mountains, we will push out onto the water in our canoes. After some adventure and exploration, we will take a break to stargaze while enjoying a local craft beer or hot cocoa as well as a desert from a local bakery. After immersing ourselves in the peace and beauty of the night sky, we will begin our journey back to shore. During the adventure, our award winning naturalist guides will point out wildlife, impart age-old stories and myths mixed with astronomy, and also share the rich human and geologic history of Central Oregon! What makes this tour truly special is that we are typically the only people out on the water at night. Sitting peacefully on a perfectly still lake as the the stars shimmer above and reflect off the water - its a feeling that simply can't be understood through words on a screen.

Take a tour of the Deschutes River as it winds through and around the city of Bend, while riding your premium electric bikes. You will find yourself cruising along the river with your guide, enjoying the sights and sounds without breaking a sweat.
