- 2 Hr DIY decoden sesssion - 3 to 4 people - Deposit will be applied towards total on the day of - Deposit will be non refundable for no show - Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all time - Only 1 reschedule is allowed with at least 48hrs email request Store Policies 1. Food & Beverage Policy: Food is not allowed during public sessions for health and safety reasons. Drinks with secure lids are permitted but must be placed in the designated drink area. Exceptions may be made for private party reservations. 2. Product Responsibility & Limitations: All products are handmade, and outcomes may vary. The studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction or damage caused by: * Customer’s own creative choices * Incorrect product use * Personal aesthetic preferences or expectations Any remaining decoden cream (fake frosting) or extra materials are not allowed to be taken home. Excessive extra charms not used may incur a $5 charge. 3. Store Property & Furniture Use: Customers are responsible for any damage to store property, including furniture, tools, decorations, or materials, caused by misuse or external items brought in. 4. Staff Responsibilities: Staff are responsible only for guiding scheduled activities and providing basic assistance. They are not responsible for creative outcomes, decisions, or personal dissatisfaction with the final product. 5. Scope of Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for: * All creative decisions * Behavior and conduct during the reservation 6. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or policy violations. 7. False Accusations: Any knowingly false, defamatory, or untruthful claims may result in legal action to protect the integrity of the business. 8. Age Policy: Children under the minimum age must be supervised by a guardian at all times. All guests under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the activity. 9. Merchandise Accountability: Any unpaid merchandise taken by guests during a party will be charged to the host’s reservation card. 10. Host Responsibility: The party host is responsible for the behavior and actions of all attendees during the reserved time. 11. Media & Photography: Staff reserve the right to photograph or record activities and final products with verbal or written customer consent. These may be used for marketing or internal purposes without compensation to the customers. 12. Product Handling: We are not responsible for loss, damage, or misplacement. Customers are responsible for safe storage and transport. 13. Cancellation/Reschedule: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance by emailing to info@dekodiystudio.com. 14. Pet Policy: The studio is not pet-friendly. No pets is allowed due to the nature of our activity. 15. Allergy Disclaimer: Materials used (e.g., glues, resins, glitter etc) may cause allergic reactions. Participation is at the customer’s own risk. 16. Waiver of Injury Liability: The studio is not responsible for minor injuries, such as small cuts, burns, etc incurred during activities. By entering the premises and/or confirming a booking, customers acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Store Policy Agreement.
