Beginner (age 4+)

Focusing on composition, color theory, and values, this class allows students to experiment with various medium techniques, including clay, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and tempera. 60 minutes. Ages 4-6. THIS WEEK: There’s no place like… The Giggling Pig! Join us for a dazzling painting of Dorthy’s famous ruby slippers. Students will practice form as they recreate this iconic accessory, discussing concepts of color and contrast to implement a triadic color scheme. With a click of the heels and a sprinkle of glitter, students will follow this yellow brick road to a masterpiece of their own making.
