Intermediate Art Classes

This week we will explore sculpture for this mythical clay relief Medusa Head. Students will be guided through various application techniques to enhance their tactile skills and fine motor abilities by molding and shaping clay. The objective is to develop spatial awareness and learn about proportion as they create their clay models. Additionally, this project will boost creativity as students personalize their faces and snakes with a pop of color! Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old. 90-min class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year!
