What makes toys tick, tumble, and fly? This camp transforms curious kids into Toy Engineers! We'll investigate the fascinating science behind play, uncovering how simple machines like levers and linkages create motion in everyday toys. Students will actively engage their problem-solving skills as they explore mechanics, apply the engineering design process (Design, Build, Test!), and ultimately fabricate their own working toys to keep. Join us to connect curiosity with core engineering concepts and build amazing creations!

Sibling Discount: Receive a 5% discount when enrolling two or more siblings concurrently in separate, age-specific camps. Use code 2025-camp-siblings at checkout. Camper Requirements: To ensure a positive experience for all, campers must be at least 5.5yrs old. We know each child develops at his/her individual pace. If you have questions feel free to email us at info@stemful-sf.com to discuss if this is the right "age range" camp for your child. Curriculum & Video Use: Our curriculum occasionally incorporates short video clips (3-6 minutes long, maximum of two per day) to illustrate experiments, demonstrate concepts, or reinforce learning. What to Pack (Snack, Lunch, Drinks): Please pack a daily snack, lunch, and drink for your child. To help us be more eco-friendly and reduce landfill waste, we strongly encourage the use of reusable containers. We strongly recommend labeling all belongings with your child's name. Extended Care (Precare & Aftercare until 4:00pm or 5:30pm): We offer flexible pre-care and aftercare options: Precare: Can be added up to one day before camp. Aftercare: Can be added on the day of camp. Please email info@stemful-sf.com to arrange. Snacks are provided for aftercare.
