Designed for energetic young athletes, this exciting 45-minute class combines skill-building with fun! Kids will learn the basics of sprinting, hurdling, jumping, and even a little throwing, all while participating in engaging, game-like activities that teach track and field fundamentals. It’s a perfect way for your child to build confidence, coordination, and a love for sports! Just $14 per class until 3/29 - Only $16 per class after! A 3.5% service fee will be applied at checkout. You may pay in person with exact cash to avoid the service fee.

The instructor was very kind and caring but I feel the class could have went better if the coach was more informed on the children's development at this age and provided more structured activities. Ex: The toddlers can't jump over a cone yet so not a great drill. The first season went smoother because the instructor had a routine of activities and then would just change up a couple of the activities later into class and this allowed the kids to start to becoming familar with and understand what was happening and be a bit more engaged.
