We would prefer someone who has their own car, does not smoke, is comfortable with pets (we have a medium sized shepherd) and is CPR certified. I need someone who is reliable, with reliable transportation to come to my house every morning at 6 a.m. and get my kids up and ready for their daycare. The daycare doesn't open until 7 a.m. and I have to be to work by 7 a.m. I need someone who is dependable. I pay biweekly and you will get paid even on the days I may not need you.
