| I achieved A*s in GCSE Spanish, Mathematics and Latin, and As in A-Level Mathematics and Latin and have experience tutoring secondary school level Maths.

I have always been interested in teaching, tutoring and childcare. I have many years of experience in language tutoring over long periods of time (English, French and Italian), including individual tutoring and groups of students. I am of a multicultural background, and completely trilingual. The tutoring opportunities I've had in the past few years have included a wide range of age groups and language levels, and have significantly increased my interest in all three languages.

| Hi! My name is Alex and I am currently studying Arabic with Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Edinburgh. Maths, Chemistry and German are my main fields for tutoring, all of which I have tutored in the past (though each subject for a different person/group!) and they were the subjects I completed at A-Level - and I got a fairly decent mark for them too so I think I have a fairly good understanding of the subjects as well as tailoring them to exam boards! My experience to date: - 3 Months tutoring GCSE Maths to an individual - 3 Months tutoring beginner German. 1.5 years tutoring GCSE Maths + Chemistry, some Scottish higher Maths (This one at less regular intervals than the previous two which were weekly) I've spent the past year living in Berlin which would probably make German my strongest pursuit with knowledge of the language and culture from living there that can't be taught in a classroom! And I also have some bonus knowledge on Arabic and the Middle East both from my current degree and a few years of living there for extra interest :)

| I have over a decade of experience teaching in mainstream primary schools as a class teacher and have been working as a Support for Learning teacher in mainstream primaries for 3.5 years. I have an additional 7 years experience working in the Additional Support Needs sector and part of my current role is to support the inclusion and learning of children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, a Learning Disability or other learning needs. I have experience supporting children with literacy and maths interventions and in preparation for entrance exams in independent schools. I can offer 1-1 or small group tutoring (to groups of siblings) via video link, or in person once social distancing guidance allows for that. I can support all areas of the primary curriculum and give children extra personal support and feedback in their work sent home by schools in addition to supporting them with my own tasks and lessons.
