I built myself a wonderful life spanning uni, student theatre, and board game nights with friends. Last year I spent a year abroad in Australia. Now I'm back, living in the centre with my boyfriend and dedicating my time to the student newspaper, my dissertation, and my friends. I'm very glad to be home in Edinburgh and excited to meet more people! I've been trusted as a housesitter many times for more than two weeks. I keep my own house tidy and clean and am a good chef. I am more than happy to be around children or pets.

I have been a house help back in Ghana at the age of 10 when my mum traveled and left me with my dad. I had to do basically everything that entails in house keeping just to get food into my stomach and pay my school fees. I did jobs of babysitting to the entire family care, which includes cooking, shopping, cleaning house and environment, taking care of pets and sending kids to and from school. This was the job that paid my school fees to tertiary level when I then gained government work as a professional midwife. Relocating to the UK where I can not practice with my profession, I had to begin with my old experience job to get myself back to track.
