Hi! My name is Alicia and I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys of my own. One is a 1st grader and the other is 15 months old. I have an ECE degree and I'm first aid trained and CPR certified. I have the luxury of being able to stay home with my kids and I would love to have another child or 2 to take care of. I would love to be able to help out another mom or dad who is not able to stay at home with their child(ren). I am flexible when it comes to full-time or part-time and even drop-ins. I have a huge room in my house set up specifically for child care. I have all the amenities of a daycare including swings, bouncers, highchairs, walkers, exersaucers, jumpers, play mats, pack 'n plays for sleeping, lots and lots of toys for children of all ages, etc. I provide parents with a "daily sheet" each day over viewing the child's day (eating, sleeping, diapering, mood, any needed items). I have worked in daycare centers as well as having my oldest son in one for 5 years. I know how they run and I try to run my home just like that only without all the germs and lower numbers for more attention and care. I have a big, open heart with an enormous love for kids. I am a very organized, clean person. I love to do arts and crafts and explore outside but most of all I love to teach and care for children. Not only will the children have free time to use their imagination and be kids, but we will also go outside and play and explore, we will sing and dance and do arts and crafts. I also do age appropriate lessons with the children including shapes, numbers, letters, colors, etc. I have a huge heart with an even bigger love of children. I can't wait to meet you and your little one!
