My name is Tracy and I am a licensed K-6 teacher. Prior to starting in home child care, I was a pre-K teacher for 4 years. I am a mother of four, a military wife, and a Christian.
In our home, your child will learn the valuable skills that they will need in order to be successful when they start school. Not potty trained? Not a problem. I will work with your child to help you get them potty trained when they are ready. As a trained educator, I will use positive reinforcement to encourage the good discipline that you want your children to have. The children learn to share, pick up after themselves, develop good manners and routines. Your child will be around other children in their age group and learn excellent social skills.
My schedule is flexible to fit your busy lifestyle and our rates will fit your budget. For one child, the full-time rate is $100 per week with all meals and snacks included. Families with multiple children will receive a discount. For part-time, please contact me and we will negotiate a wage based on your needs.

I spend a whole year in Fayetteville NC which is a beautiful town ter working as a nanny in my host family with their baby girl I think I became more and more professional on caregiving. Every morning I began my work around 0830.If the weather is nice I would bring her outside for some fresh air ,then would have some inside activity, such as reading her baby books, watching some baby show during that time I will speak as much as Chinese to influence her.
I am a strong Christian ,so I work for everyone with my pure heart. I believe children have their own mind they need to be respect and also need more attention. If I am lucky enough to join in your family spend another year as an Aupair I believe we can be good friend.
