I have been with little tots playcare for two years now. I love this place ! I have two children under their care I have been to several local daycares with my children and nothing compares to little tots . Mrs Patty and staff are wonderful with the kids very compassionate ,patient and very involved in interacting with each and every kid taking the time to get to know everyone .

My child was kicked out of this daycare because he doesn't take naps well and had picked up some hitting behaviors. He attended for approximately 7 months and it was somewhat positive when we started but noticed staff with little to no skills with behavioral support. Twice, my child was restrained in a high chair because they "could not control him" which is a reason why we left and never looked back. Every day at drop off, I stayed for sometimes up to 30 min because the classroom management skills were so poorly executed, the children were hitting and kicking pretty much non stop. Expectations were rarley given to the children. Most of the "art"was product art and thr children under 3 were done in a minute and then running around hitting each other. "No" "dont"and "stop" were the words used more than any others. The inside is ridiculously small and the outside is not much bigger. My son came home with 5 new splinters every day on his feet and hands from their wooden deck. 1 time in the back yard, I picked up a rusty nail due to the decks worn down shape. I am not writing this to be disrespectful or out of spite. I'm writing this here because this place cannot be rated on Google and I feel like parents should be warned. The last month of taking my son here, he cried nonstop on the way home and too the facility, screamed when put in his highchair (due to being restrained) and was hitting and biting attempting to bite daily and was not thriving. He immediately started a new placement and he has not hit or bit one child. Nap time is not a time to get things done in a child care setting and when my child did not sleep for them, they were unwilling to negotiate my child's needs. The new place understands some children don't sleep long and they accommodate for him. I have worked in preschool settings for 12 years and this is not a fit for any rambunctious, enthusiastic, smart child.
