Im am super disappointed with Creative Kids. My son attended about a year and a half ago He was 1 & 1/2 years old) He did well for the most part but we had a couple concerns, (one being the children where outside in June at 330 pm with no water and my son was red in the face) so I withdrew him. I had to put him back in school in late 2017 and chose creative kids because it was a private "christian" school and I was able pack a lunch (as opposed to state governed meal plans). Oh my gosh this time it was even worse! On day 2, I picked him up and one of the girl was sitting on her butt yelling at my kid to be nice to the others, once we got to the car I smelt a super stinky old stale poop diaper. (No wonder he was acting out) Weeks following he would throw huge fits at drop off and didnt want to be there. The former director call DES expulsion prevention (behind my back without tell me) stating my son was a causing problems in class and being aggressive. I was blindsided by the DES phone call, but worked things out. Turns out creative kids had some bad teachers and the staff had a revolving door. He was supposed to be potty training from day one, but with all the different teachers in and out of the class that didnt get communicated. I only received a parent/teacher communication sheet about 40% of the time. Most of the time I had no idea what he did all day. The last straw I would say was he came home with a bruised thumb nail (like his thumb was smashed a door) and when I asked the staff the next day, the newest teacher Kim got very defensive and say "no none of these doors, no". I ask the assistant and executive directors and they didnt know either. A smashed finger surely would have cause crying and pain and no one heard a thing. The executive director said " we dont think it happened here". I was so upset, clearly my son wasnt being properly supervised, someone was lying and they implied that someone was me! The newest teacher (Kim) in the 2/3 year old room is very rude and condescending to the children, grabbing them by the arms and yelling. I will say the other girl Shannon is an angel and my son loved her. Im soooooo done, Im filing a formal complaint as well. Beware of creative kids. Not properly ran, over booked with kids, and the floors are disgusting. Little tiny babies crawling around on filthy floors, while the staff sprays Lysol in the air right next to them
