We have been taking our child to BBKA for a while now. Most people are great but the people running the place seem to forget the reason they are there. They forget that parents do not take advantage of the programs, but at times need a little flexiblity. Plus the kitchen lady is rude has been to me and my husband on several occassions. They suddenly sent home a letter stating they will not allow kids to eat breakfast after 8:30am (in which the meals are part of the tuition) and you cannot bring your child after 9am (they are being paid for the full day anyway) without explanation leaving us wondering what the heck happened to cause this. Then we thought what about reasons that hold you up such as appointments that prevent you from being there by 9am? We are looking for another day care. Too much drama. If there are bad parents then address them individually and don't treat it like one bad apple! Enough said.

My daughter was only in daycare twice a week but I loved bbka. The staff was great and very informative after my baby girls day. I'm happy they are expanding. We loved it there and will use them in the future.

So I was being really picky about finding the perfect care for our first child. I must have walked through over 25 places before I came to BBKA. The minute I pulled into the driveway I had a really good feeling about this one. I went in and talked to the director, took a tour and just immediately noticed how clean and cute the building is, all of the kids art all over the walls and how happy all of the children were. All of the caregivers were so sweet and made me feel like they would be welcoming our daughter into their "family", not just another daycare center. Immediately I told them she would be there the following Monday. We live/work about 30 minutes away from BBKA in Seguin, so we litterally drive 2 hours a day just to take her to daycare, but we wouldnt trade it for anything. The staff truely take care of her like she was thier own, she eats well, sleeps great and I LOVE bringing home her "artwork" that they do with her here. I have not met a single person at the daycare that I didnt love, or trust to take care of our baby girl. It is family owned and run and you can tell by the quaility of care the children get. They dont just take care of her, but they teach her new things starting when she was just 3 months old. Also they are very reasonably priced! I would recommend BBKA to anyone looking to be completely at ease when they drop off their kids at daycare.
