Filter your way to the perfect job

You asked, we listened. We’ve brought the same job filters you loved on the web experience into our app. Now you can easily narrow your search by jobs you’ve applied to, days of the week, new postings and more. Start exploring and find your next opportunity faster. Available now in the latest version of the app.
Stand out with a Social Media Check
Families can now request that you opt in to a Social Media Check. This new check, performed by First Advantage, is a seven-year search of your public social media activity. Learn more about Social Media Check and all the checks you might be asked to opt in to here.

Connect better with video interviews

We’re excited to share that video interviews are now rolling out on Care.com! Families can now schedule live video calls to get to know you better—while keeping everyone’s contact details private. We’re currently testing this feature in select areas, with plans to expand soon. Keep an eye on your inbox for any video interview requests
