- Improved platform monitoring: We are expanding how we use technology to monitor our platform—now with improved ways to catch fraud and remove bad actors.
- Expanded 24/7 safety hotline: We have extended hours for our dedicated phone line to help better address any safety concerns and questions. Call us anytime on 737-703-3620.
- More background check options: Since 2019, all individual caregivers on Care.com have been required to complete a background check. With the launch of CareProtect, we have added Continuous Background Checks, which provides families with always-on monitoring that notifies you of newly reportable criminal activity of caregivers they have hired.
- A new safety center: You can now get more safety tools, education and resources to help you make safer hiring decisions—available in our revamped safety center.
