the question i wanted to submit - now can't seem to submit questions

when i went to "downgrade" my membership (because i have found reliable care through Care.Com), it goes to a page that asks you why you are donwgrading (pick from drop down menu), did you find care, and if so - what would you rate the care you found, and would you recommend care.com to others.
each time i tried to answer all the items and submit by hitting "continue" the rating i gave (5 stars) disappeared and the page would give me an error message: "please select a rating for the caregiver you used" (or something to that effect). i tried several times and each time it was the same, the rating (stars) disappear as soon as you click "continue".
i think there's a glitch somewhere. i'm hoping i get email confirmation of my request to downgrade?

(trying any/all avenues to ask my questions --- is there any verification at all that a question has been received by you guys? i see no indication of that)

waiting for someone at Care.Com to get back to me. Questions cannot be submitted via the "Contact Us" ---> "Email" function.
help...anyone? anyone?
