Reccommended Child Care provider!?

Does anyone reccommend their babysitter/nanny? Just looking for someone who can do every other weekend days in our home. We have 1 baby who is 8 months old. Been scrolling through profle and met 6 people already.
Just hard to find someone for a first time mom, someone who is not family...
Any reccommendations on someone for weekends please let me know!!
