Nanny share?

We are a busy family with three children and we only need a nanny in the afternoons a few days a week. We are hoping to find a family that might be willing to take the mornings or share our afternoons to make it a bit more lucrative for our potential nanny.
If anyone has a nanny who needs a few more hours we are willing to work something out there as well.
