Nanny share

Hi! I have an adorable 6 month old boy and I am not 100% satisfied with the daycare he is at currently. I am looking to find either an in home daycare or a family to nanny share with. Our place is pretty small so ideally we would want to nanny share at your home, but preferably somewhere close to access to highways as I drive to KU med and my husband works in Leawood. I also am a medical student and have a pretty strict budget, so if someone knows what the typical costs for this sort of thing are, I would love to know!
