We're looking for a nanny for a nanny share between 3 families. 4 Days a week, Infant for 4 days a week, 2 days a week, there would be two additional toddlers. We are new to a nanny share, but love the idea of our kids being together!

I would just need to you watch over her till she wakes up in the morning, she's more solid food dependent, there will be baby food accessible, but you will also have the range to cook something if wanted, she typically stays up during the day but she may nap depending on the day, lunch would also need to be served. I really want someone cheerful, safe and fun, my daughters personality is starting to shine and I would love for someone to be able to pour into her educationally while I'm not home, reading to her and playing games. She's a pretty easy baby!

We recent had our second child, who just turned one-month. While on maternity leave, we're looking for additional help with our daughter who is 21-months. Ideally, we'd like to find our long-term nanny that would be able to stay on once I go back to work full time in the fall. Our ideal nanny must be comfortable with dogs, we have two large friendly pups. Also confident around water and being outside as our daughter loves to be outside.
