nannies who bring their own children

I want to get some advice on nannies who would bring their own children. Pros/Cons?
Also, what are people's experience with how long a nanny usually stays around? I'd like one a little bit long term so I don't have to worry about looking again!

This what I am looking for now. I really want something more then a nanny. I want a friend and a friend for my child as well. I will keep in mine keeping the children within the same age group. Thanks for your post!
