Looking for Spanish Speaking Nanny Share in Glendale/Loch Hill

Hello,
We will be moving to the Baltimore area from Mexico City in May this year when my son will be 2.5 years old. We would like to begin a spanish speaking nanny share then. We would be happy to travel, switch off or host. Ideally, we would find 1-2 families with similarly aged kids and then find and agree on a nanny together. A few things of note, my husband and I both work from home (him full time, me 2-3 days a week). We have a cat (in case of alergies) and a fenced back yard. Our son, Sebby, is musical, easy going, and bilingual.
