Looking for another family to do nanny share

Hello,
I am looking to share my nanny with another family. She's currently taking care of my 10 month old and would like to find another family with a child similar age who's interested in working together. Our nanny is very loving, caring, respectful, humble and very clean. She's an expert with children. Thanks!
