Looking for another family to do a nanny share

Now that our family is getting more settled in Ann Arbor we're looking into a nanny share for our 16-month old son. Does anyone have a really great nanny they would be interested in sharing full-time on weekdays? Or, is anyone also considering a nanny share that wants to start the process together?
We are flexible on having someone at our house, your house (we live in Kerrytown and I work off of Plymouth and Nixon so anywhere near or in-between I can drop off), or on a rotation!
