Looking for a family to start a nanny share -- NE perferred

Hello -
We found an amazing nanny but need two full-time families to start a nanny-share. Our son is 21 months and it would be great to have the kids around the same age. We live in NE in the Deanwood area and prefer a family that lives not too far away.
Our house is suitable for 3 kids and we would be open to rotating the host house.
