We are a priority partner in a National Backup Care Program offered to employees by their employers. We offer in-home childcare to families in various locations throughout the cities we serve. What You Can Expect with My Loving Nanny: Regular Paycheck - Competitive pay and work when you want to, starting at $20 an hour - 1 child (increases $2/hr per additional child) Support - A management team and connection to a community of caregivers Training - Childcare guidance, training and professional development Full or Part-Time - Build a schedule that fits your life (no min hours per week) Perks & Bonuses -$300 Sign-on bonus for full-time position after you work 30 days! What Our Backup Care Position Looks Like: Engage - Care for children between ages six weeks and 13 years (based on your experience) Play - Have fun with age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities while you're with the kids Safety - Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care Meal Prep - Put together meals and snacks for children during your time with them (only) Light Clean-up - Restore the kitchen and play areas after food and fun (with age-appropriate assistance from the kids) Variety - Work with a variety of different families in the city Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license with regular access to a vehicle (or public transportation) Clear background check Certified with infant/adult CPR & First Aid Clean social media My Loving Nanny helps thousands of parents find childcare with full or part-time nannies, with backup in-home childcare.
