It would be nice if the website worked

I posted a job and have been contacted by potential employees, but am unable to connect with them to try out the service without upgrading and joining the "Care" team.... I don't want to join the Care Team, I just want to find someone to work without having to pay an arm and leg for a pig in a poke!
