For a fix of the above-given issue, check if your router is configured properly as a wrongly configured router will not be able to get the network distributed. Also, an open Avast DNS will only work if your device is connected to your router through a wi-fi connection. There can also be a possibility that your computer is configured in accordance with some other DNS server.
