In response to the many concerns shared, I must honestly admit yes, there are still great/fantastic Housekeepers out here. I sincerely empathize with the concerns cited. My personal philosophy is the following. When I go into one's home to perform a job it is my whole soled duty to give the homeowner the BEST job satisfaction I possibly can. Why? First, it's a service they are paying for; and they need to be satisfied with the outcome. Second, it's my name/business on the line if I fall short of satisfying them, the client. I want my references to always have encouraging words to say about me and my service. My service/work should speak for me; most of all it's a reflection of who I am.
