Having a hard time finding care

I have been looking for someone to care for me kids for 3 weeks now. I've tried contact all 3 people who have responded to job posting but I get wrong numbers. I sent replies yet still nothing. At the point now that I am getting desperate. I have to start in a few days and don't have childcare. Willing to pay $75 for 5 hours a night yet no hits. Is anyone else having trouble finding childcare? I am guessing I just live to far on the Northside. I am totally frustrated
