We are looking for an experienced, loving nanny for our 3-month-old baby girl. My husband and I have work schedules that can vary quite a bit, so someone with a flexible schedule is an absolute necessity! We are open-minded people, with no particular religious affiliation. We want to raise our daughter respecting all people. We live in Mt. Adams so street parking can be a little tricky sometimes. The city bus does run through our neighborhood. We have two dogs, both weighing about 70 pounds. One is a 7-year-old basset mix, the other is a 13-year-old pitbull mix. Both very sweet and lazy boys!

Looking for a part-time, weekday afternoon nanny to care for a 4-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy in the Kingstowne-Alexandria area. Hours are 12:15-4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday + every other Friday. Care occasionally until 5 p.m. as needed/if caretaker is available. The children go to preschool in the morning and are home at 12:15 p.m. Duties include: feeding them/making sure the eat their lunch (we will prepare lunch ahead of time), general supervision of the children/playing with them, light housework (primarily folding and putting away children's laundry, cooking a 3 p.m. snack, straightening up the kitchen counter, putting away toys). The 2-year-old usually naps around 1:30 p.m. for 60-90 minutes (must be awake by 3pm). We will put him to bed ourselves, but occasionally it might be later or skipped.

A couple musts for us: -okay getting dirty playing outside (possibly) he loves being outside, we are all for him getting dirty/wet/whatever if he's having fun. Clothes are washable! -no screens for him so we expect our caregiver to be engaging in play and reading with him -comfortable with our animals (2 dogs, 2 outside cats, and chickens) -ideally a self-starter, seeing things that need to be done and doing them (like picking up toys after done playing, dirty dishes into the dishwasher, etc) -confident in distracting him if he's upset (he's get attached to me so first few days will be rough, he will need an energetic distraction!) Meal prep may be occasionally making him lunch (pb sandwich, cheese and turkey with fruit, etc), possibly folding his laundry

We live in Citrus Park and are looking for someone to watch our 6-month-old son. A little about what we are looking for - My husband works from home and my schedule constantly changes so we need someone to fill the times that I am away and my husband is still working. Additionally for someone to be on with him when I need to get my work done from home and the occasional date night out. We are also interested in having one weekday of care for him. I don't see many full days of watching him and mainly a few hours at a time or a half day. We are mainly looking for someone to fill in the gaps of my mom and other nanny. Our older daughter is also on the autism spectrum and has anxiety—she is high-functioning and all conditions are managed with medication.
