Ideal candidate is outgoing and happy to match our smiley and happy child :D We had a wonderful playful nanny who unfortunately had to leave, and looking for something similar as we feel our temporary nanny now is too serious for a boy his age and isn't quite the best match we're wanting for his smiley personality.
