About

Founded in 1977 by a small group of mothers, Parents Cooperative Preschool emerged as their vision of a parent involved educational opportunity.

This vision has grown over the years into a unique program for children. The basis of this vision was parental involvement. This allows the parents a distinctive look into the child's world of learning.

PCPS believes that children, parents and teachers grow and learn together!

Every child is unique! We believe that learning comes from the love of learning. This love shines through with the help of our dedicated teachers and parents as they guide the students through a program based on their age, interest and needs.

Children learn from their environment! We want their world to be filled with wonder and awe as we encourage them and build on their natural strengths.

This type of learning environment helps the children grow emotionally, intellectually, socially and physically at a rate that is most comfortable to them.
